Since October 2025, Comintes has not provided me with the correct motor to activate the 6mX3m pergola. After 3 shipments of the system, I am waiting for the correct motor which should arrive in a month. I cannot reach a manager from this company by phone.

The pergola was installed, but it wasn't working properly. It didn't close completely, despite having followed all the instructions. Now it has stopped working altogether. Apparently, there is some problem with the electronics.
Good quality at a good price. Easy to assemble with 2 people.

Very good product.
They took much longer to deliver than stipulated. The transport agency did not want to leave the packages at my house but at the door of the urbanization. The LEDs are very ugly and impossible to assemble once you have installed the pergola. Overall a bluff. I regret not spending a little more to have better quality and service.
The pergola is a marvel. It works perfectly, it is just as it looks in the photos and aesthetically it is very beautiful. The delivery was delayed a few weeks longer than expected, but during that time the contact with customer service was good, Bastien is very kind and responds quickly and solved everything perfectly for me. For me, it is a highly recommended pergola.
The pergola is very beautiful, robust and has an elegant design, but the design is poorly conceived and being attached to the wall of the house, water gets in. We had to seek help from an architect and engineer to solve the problem.
Good quality product. I bought a bioclimatic pergola of 4x6, it looks very good and seems robust. I have had it installed for a couple of months. I recommend it.
Good purchase, happy with the final result of the pergola, the only thing I miss is being able to buy some spare parts.
Very good product. But the commercial attention in Spain is very bad. The shipment did not arrive, it was lost and they did not give me answers. I had to claim from carriers and find out what had happened for the salesperson to do something. Then the second shipment was quick and without problems, thanks that there were no more issues since the commercial attention in Spain is very bad. The product has good materials and good quality, that's for sure.
High quality and beautiful; we are happy!
No choice of delivery day, and time slot from 8am to 6pm, perfect for organizing with work. Product received damaged and we had to fight a bit to get a commercial gesture but they did it in the end, they also sent us a "paint" pen so that we could try to fix the issue ourselves.

The material is of good quality but I waited for the delivery for almost 2 months. It was postponed 3 times without explanation and without the possibility of contacting the company. I had to postpone the installation planned by my craftsman. Finally, a part was missing and it took another month and a half to receive it after very many follow-ups.

Very good product but unfortunately the measurements are not correct, there is 15cm missing in width and no response from the company.

Regarding the dimensions: the 403 cm corresponds to the overall dimensions, that is to say including the complete outer structure, notably the posts. The useful interior dimension is indeed 388 cm, which explains the difference of about 15 cm.

Order of 2 pergolas 6x3 and 3x3 and 3 awnings...the delivery was very delayed..lack of communication from the site 1 out of 3 awnings defective, customer service sent back an awning that has the same problem.

The pergola is of good quality, however I have a problem with the LEDs, the customer service has been initiated since 06/16/25 and to this day I still have no response despite my numerous calls. Hence this rating.

Pergola received with more than a month delay on the maximum announced deadline. I had to follow up several times with the company, which by the way never bothered to call me back. The product is still compliant with what was ordered, but it is still missing the crank for opening the slats. On a bioclimatic pergola, this is a bit annoying. I will try to follow up with Ombréa to get one, but if the responses are the same as for the delivery, I think I will have to give up on it. In summary, the product is good, but do not go directly through Ombréa.

We ordered our pergola on May 1st. It was delivered about 7 weeks later and incomplete (13 slats out of 25 were not compliant). We can never reach them and our emails go unanswered... It's a shame because the pergola is really of good quality. Today, July 27th, we have a mounted pergola but with 12 slats out of 25.... We are still waiting!!!
