First successful experience. Carrier okay, deadlines respected, pleasant carrier. The only downside is that the side panel was forgotten during delivery as it was shipped separately. Quick back and forth and delivery 1 hour later. I recommend the site. Quality of products

We bought a 6mx4m. We are very satisfied with the result. For the assembly, plan more time than what is displayed, especially to ensure the adjustment on the facade where you need to have at least 3 to 4 people. For my part, I reinforced the wall fixing (hollow blocks) to ensure it holds. We are so satisfied that we are going to order another 4mx3m even if the design differs slightly. Another point, despite a delivery with super solid and clean packaging, we had a twisted slat (a defect inside that could not be seen from the outside), we contacted customer service; it took a little time to process our order (it was during May) but after 2 months of patience (we could still use the pergola), we received the new slat. So in the end, no issues, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Good value for money.

Pergola, the profiles are great. As for the rotation of the handle, I find it not very sturdy. My package was delivered with missing parts and twisted roof slats to this day. After a request for customer service, I still have not received any follow-up.
