I bought a personalised water bottle. On the second time my grandson took it to school the seal on the lid came off and was unfortunately lost. The bottle, as you would expect now leaks and is not fit for purpose. I would like to add that I have been very pleased with the response from Petit-Fernand. Thank you

Always delighted! Very good quality, pretty labels. They're discreet for Minis, so not too childish when needed. I also bought the snack boxes, which are very nice. I renew the labels as needed throughout the year, so there's never a shortage and I'm always ready to label new supplies as they come in.

Very good quality, delivery takes a while to the UK, I bought it for my son's camping 1 week before and it didn't arrive in time. overall is very good. I recommend and will buy again
