My experience was good because I find that they do their work with a lot of love and dedication. It is a pleasure to receive objects as simple as stickers wrapped in such a well designed support. My children have loved the gift of Christmas stickers. I have already tried washing the garments and they really stay firmly stuck.

I am super satisfied! I ordered these stickers for my grandchild. As a nursery school teacher, I know how important it is to label clothing and personal items!

I received the labels 10 days after the order was placed, even though the website said delivery in 48 hours. The crib had started in the meantime and I still didn't have the labels. TOP telephone service. Efficient, available, friendly, the operator speaks several languages, she apologized and anticipated my needs by offering me a refund for the inconvenience caused, which I received in a timely manner. TOP service I give the product 4 stars because I found labels in the washing machine after the first wash. I may be the one I stuck on the fabric directly and not the label because there was none. The picture matches the chosen prototype. Next time I'll try Thermocollant to stick directly onto the fabric rather than onto the labels.

Delighted with this new order, nice evolution for the ironing labels with the paper provided in the booklet at least everything edt grouped together. I highly recommend these lovely labels as there is a wide choice of designs and colors and they are delivered quickly.

Great designs and very durable very pleased

The labels don't just stick to the clothes, you have to iron them with an iron for a few seconds. Sometimes the clothes burn because the iron sticks to them. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have ordered these labels. Contacting customer service didn't help either, as they explain how to iron the labels onto the clothes. Very helpful ?? P.S. I have already contacted customer service and they only explain how to put the labels on the clothes, as you do in your reply, but don't offer any other labels to stick on.

I've made 2 complaints by e-mail and I still haven't had a reply for 2 weeks! No communication and yet it's important to satisfy customers, my products don't conform and have manufacturing defects and it's total silence!

Everything perfect, arrived in a few days in the mailbox. The stickers are holding up very well despite washing.

Unfortunately, the thermoadhesive labels start to peel off already after the first wash slightly, while the adhesive labels are too big x enter to be attached on all the inner labels

Impeccable products and excellent quality! We have been using them for 5 years now and have always had a great time! I highly recommend them!

Of the 5 packs ordered, 1 is unusable because the images don't peel off. The numbers on the stickers are missing on some stickers, and on others they're so crooked that I had trouble knowing which number went with which image. What's more, you have to search for the assembly instructions with a QR code, and once you're on the site, there are only product titles without images, and the titles aren't written on the packs. It's a bit tricky to find out which one matches

We were able to choose from very nice backgrounds, fonts and designs. On-time delivery. All satisfied!!!

I ordered the labels to stick on the windows. It's a shame there wasn't an explanation on paper, as it would have made assembly much easier.

My order never arrived

The quality of the labels has gone down. I have been using them for years and in this latest batch they have changed. They are no longer integrated with the fabric and are stiff, so that they are uncomfortable when in contact with the skin.
