First and last time with this company: The ordering interface is quite intuitive and nice. But then everything went wrong! The order never arrived and you're asked to wait and wait. For a letter that was supposed to arrive in a day (supposedly priority rate), you were asked to wait 2 weeks (lol, face file...) horrible customer service by phone and cgu...apart from a "I can't help it, it's not our fault...no refund possible until the 10 working days have passed, ah yes I understand...sorry" In short, the refund works...fortunately...between 7 and 10 days...but site to flee from. Order shipped November 3...she must not want to come back from the North Pole! Yours Santa! Ps: thank you for your reply, incredible customer service, we understood that the order had been misplaced!
