Unfortunately, the stickers come off relatively quickly... don't even last a wash. I was so enthusiastic at first, but unfortunately this is no longer the case. The design is really very nice, but it doesn't do me any good if they don't last longer on the label

I'm sorry that the labels have to be stuck on an existing label and not directly on the garment. I make my grandchildren's clothes myself and I had to buy cotton ribbon and stick the labels on before sewing them onto the clothes. I had bought these labels to save time...the result was 2 X longer than if I had bought sew-on labels. POSITIVE: very nice writing, pattern and color. Very fast delivery and good packaging.

I would just like the self-adhesive labels because the iron-on ones don't stick. I have informed customer service but there has been no effective response. Otherwise, the decorations are really nice. After that, you have to take the time to make them.

I love the personalized Bento! With the ice bar to keep it cool, it's great! The gourd, ok but complicated to open for a child I think. In fact, my daughter went back to school with a silly gourd because she can't open it on her own! I'm not convinced about the iron-on labels. I'm waiting to see after washing, but I'm not sure it'll hold up! A bit disappointed.

We have had a metal water bottle for our four-year-old daughter for a little over a year now, and this is already the third time we have had to buy replacement caps because the plastic is constantly breaking, particularly the hinge on which the top rotates. Now, it is true that this water bottle is certainly not treated with kid gloves at school, but it is still a product designed to be used by children, so one would think that in the design they should have kept that in mind and devised a less fragile mechanism. Too bad, because the water bottle itself is well made and even the prints have not discolored or come off, despite frequent washing. EDIT: kudos instead to customer service who promptly contacted us back asking for photos of the broken caps for their quality control service, and offering to send us a free replacement cap, which moreover arrived very quickly
