The labels are nice and received quickly, but the iron-on ones are totally useless, they don't stick at all, fall off at the first wash or just after wearing the garment during the day.

Here are some initial points to watch out for: Problems may be caused by an iron temperature that's too low. And if you've used a steam iron, you need to turn off the steam. To ensure that your iron-on labels are properly adhered: - your textile must withstand the temperature of a 200° iron - place the label + greaseproof paper and apply strong pressure with a hot iron for 12 seconds (without steam!). - It's best to let the labels rest for 24 hours before wearing or washing the garment. I love the personalized Bento! With the ice bar to keep it cool, it's great! The gourd, ok but complicated to open for a child I think. In fact, my daughter went back to school with a silly gourd because she can't open it on her own! I'm not convinced about the iron-on labels. I'm waiting to see after washing, but I'm not sure it'll hold up! A bit disappointed.

We have had a metal water bottle for our four-year-old daughter for a little over a year now, and this is already the third time we have had to buy replacement caps because the plastic is constantly breaking, particularly the hinge on which the top rotates. Now, it is true that this water bottle is certainly not treated with kid gloves at school, but it is still a product designed to be used by children, so one would think that in the design they should have kept that in mind and devised a less fragile mechanism. Too bad, because the water bottle itself is well made and even the prints have not discolored or come off, despite frequent washing. EDIT: kudos instead to customer service who promptly contacted us back asking for photos of the broken caps for their quality control service, and offering to send us a free replacement cap, which moreover arrived very quickly

Perfect for self-adhesive labels. I tried holding the iron for 12 seconds as indicated but it didn't hold at all. I also tried holding the iron a little longer, but it peeled off completely after being put in the washing machine.

The bottle is great. Keeps warm enough and is leak-proof. Unfortunately, there were still white paint residues from production stuck to the neck of the bottle. I had to painstakingly scrape these off with a knife, which unfortunately resulted in one or two scratches. What a shame for a new bottle costing 28 euros :-(.

I ordered labels for my little girl last year and were fab, but the second time they arrived and had not been cut so I had to try cut around the labels with a craft knife to her then to be usable, never heard back from customer service but gave the benefit of doubt because the labels really are good quality and last well , then I ordered some labels over 2 weeks ago for my little boy to start school and we're still waiting on them, this will sadly be my last purchase ??

The labels they make are practical, very pretty and stick well to pencils. The Achilles heel of the company in my opinion lies in the high shipping costs. A page of labels that costs 3 I can't pay 2 for shipping!!! And then the giftware. I wanted to buy the little water bottles to carry in the bag to the garden for my kids but didn't.
