I made a complaint because Chronopost indicated that they had delivered the package and I had nothing in the mailbox. You immediately reshipped an order by colissimo that I received well. Several days after receiving this reshipped order, a neighbor (3 houses away) who was returning from vacation brought me the labels that the Chronopost delivery person (1st shipment) had left in her mailbox (31 instead of 35 even though the address was correctly written on your envelope and our numbers were clearly indicated on our mailboxes). Bravo for your responsiveness and your sense of customer service. And disappointment with Chronopost whose delivery person clearly does not know how to follow an address.

This is not my first order. For the first time for the daycare and now the stickers are accompanying us into the 3rd grade. The stickers hold up great and do not come off in the dishwasher! Shipping has always been quite fast too! Thank you!

The products are rather very expensive for what they are. But the designs offered are nice, we'll see if they last over time. As for the shipping time, it was very long.

Received my labels in a super concept notebook at first glance they seem sturdy we will see over time Just for the shoes I thought I would have the label that helps children put on the right foot but maybe I was wrong during the purchase
