Product not bad but the service is subterranean. It is advertised on the Instagram page with express delivery within 72h (costs almost 10). Unfortunately, in my case this was not the case. Instead of admitting the mistake and, if necessary, refunding the costs, they are now arguing about it and denying the corresponding advertising (but still visible).

Since we make the personalized products, we also need time to make them before shipping. So it is 48 hours for production and 48 hours for delivery.
