I ordered here to try something different from Stickets. The order took more days to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong (wrong name and different product than paid for). The online claim took several days to respond. Meanwhile the lines were always busy and with a 902 number when I understand that the law requires a fixed number. The only good thing is that once they answered me, they didn't put any problems in refunding me the money. That's why I put one star, otherwise I would have put 0.

I have used that company's stickers last seven years. It's perfect for school clothes, bottles etc. Very useful and doing their job.

1 because there is no less. They never arrived and yes it is true that I was refunded after 2 weeks but still I needed them and I had to reorder them a month before school started. Shipping with someone better than Italian post office, no!!!?

I bought hot melt labels and in the first wash they came off. I followed the instructions to the letter.

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!

my order didn't arrive and they had to send me another one, what I didn't like is that they blame the post office and that the shipping address was a company when I always get everything right, I needed the order days ago and it still hasn't arrived, it's in process.

Very late responses to e-mail inquiries, exceeding 72 hours. No telephone line to contact. Delivery times that exceed estimates. In particular, my order was incomplete. After your complaint, I had to wait the respective times until I got it. Since I placed my order on September 1st, it has not been completed until October 4th. Excessive time!

I have been buying from them for years, always impeccable. There was an inaccuracy in the last order and they took care of it in record time. Top!
