Excellent product. All in all

Ordered name stickers ,to put on childs school clothing was able to choose a design , arrived in time , happy with these stickers would recomend to family and friends

I have purchased labels for clothing, books, and items twice already; the products are perfectly meeting expectations. Last time there was a postal disruption, but Petit Fernand customer service was faultless, diligent and really friendly.

I ordered my product , which never arrived ! I reported the problem and they immediately refunded me . However, despite the inconvenience of having to label everything manually because they did not guarantee me short delivery time!

05/10/2022 I have been a customer for years. Everything has always gone well. But in my last order, as many as 70 labels were not shipped to me. I have opened several tickets to ask for them to be shipped, having already paid by credit card, but I have received NO response! In addition, the colors of the labels received are "faded" i.e., they are different shades from those seen on the website. 06/10/2022 I phoned customer service. My tickets had ended up in spam. The girl who handled my request was very nice. She apologized and immediately arranged to have the missing labels sent to me. I am obviously waiting to receive them. But I must say that I am very satisfied with their phone support!

As far as I'm concerned the waiting time is long. misleading the banner manufacture in 48 hours that makes the assumption to fast delivery time. only after the purchase is specified, that although the product is made on 48 hours you do not have certainty about the delivery time. i waited about 2 weeks and many things for school I had to label them manually with considerable expenditure of time and additional costs. the products are cmq good and I recommend them. but should be requested well in advance of your needs.

I am a returning customer and have been using them for a couple of years now. I like how the labels are customisable (my son is able to choose back grounds etc) and the labels stay put and don't fade like others - they survive everything my son has put them through! I particularly like the shoe labels as perfect shape. They also arrive within a few days.

The quality of the stickers is very good, partly because they are laminated and do not spoil. The shipping time is a bit long, though.

I am very happy with the labels, very nice and they do not peel off from clothes or objects by washing and do not lose their original look. I also loved the presentation of the product with the extra fun stickers and instructions for use. From the comments I read I was worried about the delivery time since it was right at the beginning of the school year. Well, they delivered in less than 48 hours and the courier took about 3 days to deliver it to Madrid.

The truth seems to me very bad customer service, I bought to try and according to that order more because my child needs many labels, but it will be a month and I do not get the order, and I wrote informing them and they only said that I wait until 29/09 that if it does not come back to write them when I think you should follow up if you have already been informed that there is an anomaly with the order that does not arrive, Their advertising says 6 to 8 days and I already have 25 days waiting and not only that I wrote them on instagram and they say they will contact me and nothing, I see zero interest in the customer only sell and do not care about what one claims.

The product arrived with one part missing in the name and one part missing in the design. After two days after the complaint, they apologized for the deficient quality and will send me the compliant product soon.

Easy to glue

Very happy. They are very good quality stickers that last long enough in terms of objects (which I wash daily) and those that are for clothes with a single ironing and are perfect and do not come off. They are great for back to school. Next year I will buy them again?

Not what I expected. The ink smudges a lot and La Niña's name is not legible. I would have done it sooner by buying an indelible ink pen.

The labels have never arrived and neither has my money from the order? I had previously ordered from them and everything was great, that's why I came back to repeat but this time, total disappointment.

The quality of the product is very good, but the delivery time is very long.

I have been waiting practically 1 month for the stickers, as I don't know if they will arrive, if they do I will have to use them for next year.

This is the second time I have bought these labels and I must say they are really good. The birth ones, after 5 years, are still intact, so I decided to get them for the baby's school supplies as well. Graphics, text and design as per the order preview. I highly recommend
