The envelopes had to be folded and closed with a little glue and the little fox I found really small. 2cm more wouldn't have hurt him. The personalized MUG is a very nice idea. C-MonEtiquette products are really cool. It's full of memories when you find them as the kids have grown up on the clothes you've stored for the little ones. The packaging is very well done, with stickers to please the youngest. I'd just suggest indicating which solvents you use for the glues on the labels and which plastics you use for the labels, to make buying responsible! (Of course, we can't do without chemicals and processes, but when we're well informed, it's better!)
