I ordered object labels as well as labels for notebooks with several designs, but I only received the object labels. I have always ordered from this site, but I am disappointed this time; they are also too big to put on pens or glue tubes... and now it is too late to consider anything.

Hello Marine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations and that the labels do not suit your needs. I see that you chose 2-line labels for your order, which may explain the size.
To assist you, we have just contacted you by email.

I’ve used the stick on clothing labels for both my girls at preschool and continuing to use them as my eldest starts primary school - wouldn’t use anything else now!

There were missing labels in my order but the customer service was very responsive and I received everything within a very good timeframe. The labels seem high quality and the water bottle is very nice!

We are dissatisfied with this order. Last time we ordered a personalized white cup and it was very good. This time, the colored cups were personalized using stickers.... what's the point of paying around fifteen euros for someone to stick stickers on a cup..... the cups should have been personalized in the same way as the white cups. And it is unacceptable not to have informed customers in advance on the site. There is no reference anywhere to this cheap sticker application (we took screenshots of the website). We are waiting for clear explanations.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the personalization of the products you ordered is indeed done directly by printing on the product, and not using a sticker label.
We hope this clarification will reassure you and we remain at your disposal if needed.

It's very easy and especially quick! It might be a bit wide for colored pencils/HB (my son is starting first grade) but that's not a problem! We receive, we stick, and on top of that, my little one was able to decorate his notebook with the stickers provided! I clearly recommend. Have a nice day. Camille, a single mom who clearly has no time to waste!!! Greetings from Normandy.
