A bit disappointed with the glitter labels but I think it's a matter of taste

Very disappointed with customer service. I have been ordering since 2021. This year I forgot the accent on my son's first name, the labels were edited without it. I requested a commercial gesture and received a 20% offer supposedly as an exceptional case, but in fact, it was ongoing on the site for any customer! I used to order every year, that's over!

Hello Cindy,
We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding personalized products, we unfortunately cannot make changes to an already manufactured order, we are sorry about that.
However, we remain available if needed :)
Best regards,

Customer for several school years for the adhesive labels for clothing. I recommend it, it doesn't move once stuck. I just ordered the personalized water bottles too, top quality.
