The water bottles and lunch boxes are very pretty, but I'm disappointed that the drawings and the name are stickers. My daughter already has a friend who has started taking them off. Otherwise, fast delivery, well packaged.

Very long delivery time. Light packaging, at the price I paid for the labels (400), a reinforced envelope would have been the minimum, it arrived trampled and torn on the sides. The labels are very nice, but I just hope they hold up better than the previous ones which came off too easily after a few washes (without a tumble dryer).

I ordered the goods on 29.5.23 with express delivery in 48 hours for an extra 9.50 surcharge. On 02.06.23, 4 days later, you marked the goods as shipped. It arrived on 06.06.23. By then it was already too late and our son was already on a school trip. I don't think it's right to demand 7 days and an express delivery surcharge for this.
