The adhesive labels are good but the iron-on ones are very disappointing, they do not stick to the clothes

I received a stamp with a different pattern than the one selected. The stamp works but the ink shows on the outside of the garment (t-shirt in particular), too bad. I found no place to make a complaint or contact customer service.

As with every order, labels of very good quality, easy to put on clothes, and good durability. For the school supplies, very good too. As always, delivery on time. Plus, I still have personalized thermos bottles that I've had for 4 years, they are perfect, and keep things cool very well, even at the beach in full sun, the water was still very fresh.
