I have been ordering labels from you for years now and apart from a few minor hiccups in one order where the labels always came off , I have been fine. The only flaw , in this last order is the fact that the package arrived to me all ruined , half opened and crumpled. I had taken photos but then I left for vacation and can no longer find them as I had to delete photos

I did not receive the labels in the time stated on the order and I received them in a SEUR receiving center that was not the one I had chosen when I made the purchase. And no one notified me of the change. Finally, the package was quite damaged. Unfortunately we will not order anything from here again. I can send photos of what I am referring to

Customer service is excellent. Royal mail delivered our labels to the wrong unknown address. PF sent a replacement immediately which meant we had the labels in time for start of school. The labels are great quality. Will definitely be ordering from PF again.
