We appreciate the products you offer. No problems with the labels, but unfortunately we haven't had much luck with the water bottle: the cap broke the first time it fell. The replacement cap took a little while to arrive, despite requesting fast delivery, and broke after a small fall after just two days of use. We're hesitant to order a third cap.

I bought the preschool pack. Very disappointed with the iron-on labels: they either don't stick well to certain clothes (especially underwear) or come off after washing (on fabric shorts). I had no problems with my first booklet of iron-on labels 2 or 3 years ago... The rest stick well! There aren't enough shoe labels (one or two pairs are missing), but they stick very well :)

I have the stickers to be difficult to peel away from the sheet, often causing the edge to fold slightly. The stickers also came unstuck from inside shoes, and another from a drink bottle (not in the wash and prior to washing) which was disappointing.
