I ordered an item in a color that was available on the site, which in fact was not available until April 2021. I got this information by calling because I did not see my package leave for shipment, order placed for more than a week. Another color was proposed to me that I accepted. The customer relationship is perfect: perfect telephone accessibility, reactivity in the answers brought to the questions BUT on my 3 experiences (of which one in period COVID that I neutralize for my appreciation), nevertheless 2 problems: * orders of mooring lines for which I had specified in observation the desired dimensions for each and in the end delivery of a single mooring line corresponding to the total length ordered so need to recut + seamanship * order of 2 inflatable fenders: I expected a delivery of the product inflated which was not the case. It's been more than a week since the delivery and I still haven't found the right size inflator despite my research (***, etc).

Products very good but the delivery tnt catastrophic
I ordered in May after the end of the containment and delivery in mid-August after many calls to come to the news of the follow-up of my order. Of course we can understand that the delays are more important this year, but to have to wait 3 months and not have any customer follow up is not very correct. I have a business myself and when I have a difficulty, I always warn the customer and keep him informed. It is the least I can do!
The offer was tempting, the response to my order was quick. But then I didn't hear anything for several weeks, and I had to insist to learn that the item I had ordered and had been told would be shipped soon was no longer available. The offer that was made to me afterwards was decent and the matter ended quite well. All in all, it appears that the presentation of available articles must be well followed and above all that the announcement of a forthcoming order should only be made with certainty.

Good product, but it's a shame to learn that the optimist airbags are grey when delivered because the supplier doesn't make them in blue anymore. When I ordered them, they were supposed to be available and delivered within 15 days.

Nothing to say about the delays and the follow-up of the shipment... but there was a difference of 4 sizes on the product received compared to the order. The phone contact with the Peacksea representative went very well and the reshipment was fast. We still have to check that the new shipment will be conform... Please note that the purchase of a plastic envelope for the return was at my expense.
The ordered hat arrived with a lot of delay, instead of the 8 to 10 days indicated, it was for Christmas, it was 3 weeks! It was to replace an old Musto hat, but the one received has nothing to do with it, it is not the same material nor the same color = disappointment...
