One of the two items ordered did not fit at all
Interesting price but the quality goes with it! The legs are too long and some pockets are missing. The protection against the cold and the humidity is a little bit too low. For sailing at night in early October.

I was very satisfied with the speed of processing and shipping of my order. Nevertheless I am very disappointed because the bag ordered is for a gift, but it does not correspond to the photos. It is the yellow Nano bag. It is indicated in small that the straps no longer exist. However, the person who will receive the gift had not seen it and was fooled by the photos. The return service being deplorable, (because my shipping costs are at my expense and the refund is not even provided), the person will receive a bag that he does not like and that costs a certain price. It would be wise to change the photos of the site too!

Hello, I have only congratulations to address to you for your management of the expedition of the ordered articles. On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to change your service provider for the said shipments: 12 hours for you to prepare and send the order, 9 days for the Post Office to send the parcel to the departmental dispatch (Isère) to finally discover that the parcel is misplaced and lost... Which ruins your overall rating. And it is so frequent with the post office, not to mention the announced delays which are systematically ignored. You ruin your image with such providers. Why don't you use UPS, DHL or other TNT which offer a level of quality that is close to yours .... Sincerely. ***

Product received in a timely manner, however I am disappointed with the quality of the bag. The fact that the bag is folded and packed in its box, the one is marked as if there were already folds of wear. This is not the first waterproof bag I've owned. The plastic is too stiff and I think this one will wear out quickly. Thank you for your help.

The composting machine of the service provider was out of order, so I almost didn't receive my package for Christmas. I have received a new address for my order at the last moment.
The bag seems to be of good quality, as described. On the other hand, the package is rather light: a simple black plastic envelope, a second skin would be appreciated.
For the bags ordered, they look good - we'll see with use but for the delivery, not great: I received mail and sms to tell me that the delivery would take place on December 19th between 10:35 and 11:35... no news of the day... and in the evening, programming of the delivery in a relay point to end up being delivered at home this morning! Other than that, nice delivery guy!
The first order was not really satisfactory because the order was reversed: inside the package which was in my name was an article destined for someone else. To save time in this Christmas period I proposed to Picksea to exchange the package with the other recipient who lives in the same town as me. After the exchange which took a few days I found that the item chosen was too big so I asked Picksea to exchange it but by the time I sent the item back by registered mail, Christmas would be over...because the supplier is closed between Christmas and New Year's Day.
Easy online ordering. Fast delivery. I'm happy with it. But yellow bag ordered, received black bag. Not so happy. Returned online, returned package to post office. Easy so happy. Waiting for the new bag before Christmas: hope in progress.

The bag purchased is a gift. I paid 2 euros for a gift wrapping and big disappointment when I received the package! I will have to make another one. The paper is an old paper reused for my bag. The paper is damaged on the whole surface. Moreover it arrives torn at the ends. On the other hand, the delivery company is professional. Delivered on time.
