Product purchased with a very satisfactory quality/price ratio. The delivery time was however very long (product in restocking).

Good service lack of payment in installments

Surprised by the smallness of the product for my weight communicated by telephone 88 kilos for 1m88. Good service from the communications department, product not available, proposal to make an exchange not accepted, I preferred to wait. But I'm still skeptical about the proposed product in relation to my weight.

Order placed more than 3 weeks ago with pick up in Nantes. Order still not ready despite 2 visits to the store.

The order is taking a long time to arrive. I was told that I would have it by the end of the week, and the order is still in the process of being re-ordered since June 5th (3 weeks ago). So I have no opinion on the product!

At the end of June I still haven't received the shoes I ordered in early April!

I placed an order about 1 month ago, I still haven't received it. an item was missing, I wasn't notified. I contacted customer service, the order was supposed to leave yesterday, nothing to my knowledge happened.

Ordered a kayak + paddles; at the reception the paddles are missing, according to Picksea out of stock, the least you can do is to warn the customer.

I had to go and pick up my package myself from their warehouse.

Delivery time much longer than indicated for the product on the site

Delivered with a lot of delay, order placed on 21 /01 /2014, email announcing me a delivery for 30 /01. Account debited the next day. No email from customer service to tell me the delay. Package sent only on 7 /02 and received on 13 /02. Can do better in terms of responsiveness.

I did not appreciate the price variation and the non availability of size and color on my purchase... my purchase was still over 300 ... when the price is down I would have liked to have the lowest price....... So ....

It is difficult to give a favorable opinion when the purchased object is still not delivered...... But of course it has already been debited.

Delivery for Christmas of another product than the one ordered...fortunately error rectified later.

The product is still not delivered although it was indicated as available on the site. 1 month of delay that starts to be really long!

I signed up for the newsletter, but I did not get the 10 coupon despite my purchase? On the other hand, I received my order after 10 days....

A little more communication on the delivery would have been welcome, otherwise nothing else to complain about.

Communication problem, slow delivery...

Receipt of the order much later than announced (order on November 20th, receipt on December 9th, that is to say 19 days....). The delays were however a factor of choice for this order... No problem with the product itself, which I am very satisfied with.

Long preparation time (1 week) knowing that I had asked for a parcel delivered in 3 days and that I wanted a certain speed. But the order was respected and the packaging was correct.

Price OK but delivery times listed on the site not held, see exploded!
