I ordered a bag and after a few weeks when I asked what was wrong with my order... I got a refund.... The few other odds and ends I had just added them like that with my bag. The bag was the item I wanted... I wasted time for nothing

Not satisfied by this purchase because it is impossible to see on the picture if there are 1 or 2 shoulder straps to carry the duffel bag and no precision on this subject in the product description. Moreover, it would be wise to put a man or woman model wearing the bag to realize the volume more precisely.

I ordered a life jacket for my autistic son. The item was in stock and I paid for the delivery in 24 hours. I did not receive the vest I ordered but another model, I had the delivery in 72h. You won't get any gesture or refund without begging for it.
