An item is missing from my order and customer service is not responding.
Missing a product
I ordered the 138€ set 3 times ... I also bought the soap holder 3 times in order to have a complete set for Christmas gifts, and when I received my package it was missing the 3 soaps included in the initial 138€ set!!!! If you're going to offer sets, you might as well have them in stock.... Rather than putting them together for each order! Really disappointed... especially for the amount of products I ordered.
For my part, it didn't work and I got even more pimples.
Catastrophic. I tried to make excuses for this product by saying that other factors could explain the state of my skin. But I'm forced to admit that these factors had never caused such a result on my face. It felt like a swarm of bees had savagely attacked me.
I haven't received my order
To date, I still haven't received my order. I'm told it's a problem with the post office and that a claim has been opened (processing time between 15 days and 3 weeks). In the meantime, no solution has been found and I still don't have my products!

Half of my products are missing, I am waiting for a return
I've been ordering the oil-free cream and soap for several years now, and it's been 2x since the push button on the oil-free cream didn't work, so I'm forced to use the old one.
My order was missing a product. Impossible to get a refund or to receive the product. Very disappointed.
Even more buttons than before
I did not open all the boxes of my order when I received it but yesterday I wanted to make a mask and once the box opened the inside of the box wet u'e once the skin opened the plastic inside was already opened so the water was out of the box that's why it was wet really disappointed for the.mask
Super product for the essential box but when I make contact because I am missing a product purchased next to the box I am sent back to colissimo because the weight of the package left with them and normal but the package was unopened when I received it and colissimo tells me to check with my order site. No refund or return for the missing product.
Hello, Since 2023 the brand has changed the composition of its goat's milk soap, which I find really disappointing given its effectiveness before that date.

I had my order delivered to a relay point. I received a text message on 06.10 to pick it up. Being away for the weekend, I couldn't make it. When I went to pick it up on 14.10 it was gone. And the owners of your relay point were very unpleasant.
I have not received the parcel
A product is missing. On the same day I received it, I sent an e-mail with a photo of the contents. A few days later I received an e-mail asking me to send a photo of the contents, which I had already done, and photos of the package and label. I replied to this e-mail with the fifferent photos requested. Since then I've had no news... not even about receiving the photos... So for the moment I'm not very happy... I'm still waiting for Monday, hoping that.... Not to mention that I don't find my skin extraordinary since I've been using the products, so I'm thinking first and last order. I find my complexion dull. I'm going back to my old routine which suited me much better.

Ordered on September 27, it's now October 13, and I still haven't received my parcel, nor has customer service contacted me.

I never received my order because the people who dealt with it did not check my change of address email which I had sent just a few minutes after my order (5 minutes after).

I'm not satisfied because on the site I paid over 30€ and the next day I went to the local pharmacy and to my great surprise they were selling your products for half the price (15€ for your soap instead of 32 on your site).
Error when receiving the parcel, wrong items received. The after-sales service asks for the items to be returned so that they can be sent to another person. The hygiene is more than regrettable and not worthy of a cosmetics brand.
