Barely opened one application and the tip of the pen fell off. Very disappointed
I never received my parcel, I don't know where it is, it's been 15 days since I should have received it. When I call, they tell me to be patient, but after waiting and waiting, I wouldn't recommend them any more unless I change carrier, which today is Chronopost, who are to be avoided.
I received only one soap with the brush whereas the offer I ordered was two soaps with the brush. I've already emailed you a complaint which has gone unanswered.

Very disappointed with the soap.I've been ordering since 2019 and for some time now, the soap is translucent brown and the smell is not pleasant. I would no longer recommend it. What's more, I'd already said so but nothing changes.
I am really disappointed with the soaps they are different from before it's been a few years since I use it and you feel a big difference to that fact I will no longer order and I strongly advise against them!!!! No more effectiveness !!!

A customer for years, I am very dissatisfied: the products were delivered to a different relay point from the one requested (10 km from my home) and very late....
Frankly I'm disgusted I only bought the oil-free moisturizer but when I saw that it had a rating of 8/100 on yuka I quickly stopped using it.
I've been using the brand for years and the products are top notch. On the other hand, I'm very upset with my last order because it wasn't complete, and what's more, there was supposed to be a brush as a gift, which of course I didn't get either!!!!! And no commercial return. So very unhappy.
Pin up secret products are really good, including the goat's milk soap for acne.

Hello, as described in a previous email, I received the scrub opened with oil all over my cooos. I was able to save the 2 goat's milk soaps but not their packaging. I'm waiting for a return to get another one.
