I was charged twice.

You should not place an order when there are promo codes or French days because they are overwhelmed and therefore you receive the order after 15 days. Too high prices too

The soap is a very good product, for the moment it makes umpe more than 15 days that I use it morning and evening plus the cream without oil unfortunately I have a lot more bonton than before. It's been 2 days that I use it only in the morning and I stopped the cream without oil, I have the impression that it's better.... to see afterwards.

After a week of use, not only does the product dry my face but I don't see any progress on my spots (I have oily skin)

I use the soap it is top I let myself be tempted by your cream without oil and the soft peeling face. Disappointed with the interior compositions which are really not good at all. Thank you yuka application to open our eyes sometimes on some things

I am satisfied with my order

For this order I am dissatisfied. I ordered 2 bottles of Jardin f'Eden Mist, the caps were not completely screwed on and one was a little empty in its packaging. I made a complaint. They asked me for a photo, I sent the photo of the packaging softened by the liquid that had run out but since then radio silence. Note to self...this is an influencer product!!!

Good soap. Too bad for the soft exfoliating care which is too soft it looks like a cream.

I prefer the old packaging. I find the cream without the oil too does not make any effect.

A decent cream. I was still attached to the oil-free cream in the glass bottle. I don't know if it's the same cream in another packaging because the effect is different.

This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Nothing to say about the delivery, which was fast. First try of pin up secret products and I am quite disappointed, I do not like the consistency of the exfoliating care, it rinses badly and leaves a feeling of greasy skin.

I asked for home delivery and it was delivered to the post office !!!! I have tried the cream and I think it's great, but I haven't tried the soap yet.

Disappointed with this order. The packaging of the Secret de Velours body cream was poorly done and not verified with the shipment of the order. The result was that the cream was spilled into the bubble wrap. I am waiting for a discount to be able to place another order; the delay to get a promotional code in compensation is still long (I have been waiting for 4 working days). I hope to get at least 50 or 60%. As for the other products, I'm fine. I would like to point out that this is not my first order at Pin Up Secret and that it's the first time it happened to me.
