No on 2 products order one receipt

I don't recommend it. Soap far too aggressive for my combination skin. Very disappointed 😞

Order never arrived, I contact the customer service who tells me that they have to wait 14 days! The post office says they didn't get the parcel by pinup, it's going around in circles and I don't have the order that I paid for

Error of products at the delivery, unreachable phone service with vocal message saying that it is closed exceptionally, except that it is every day! I received an answer to my complaint 11 days later because I threatened to contact the consumer services because their legal deadline stipulated on their email was not respected and I still do not have the ordered products. Case in progress.... and it's a real shame not to respect a customer who orders regularly!

It's a scam....thanks to some influencers for advertising this kind of m....I would never order this brand again.
