This soap is a big scam financially and for the skin I dare not even talk about damage it made me bring out all my buttons I had not much there I have more than wind false advertising

It does not fulfill its promises no change for me. Disappointed. I even feel that it has accentuated my small pimples. For my part I do not recommend

Very disappointed package in very very bad condition and traces as if the creams had run...so back to sender hoping they send me back a package in good condition this time!

Very disappointed for a 1st order. Error on 2 ordered products. I had to call back several times for the solution and I still haven't received the missing products from my 1st delivery.

A catastrophe! Pimples all over my face after using soap and creams... Dryness from another world after cleaning the face with soap. Never again!

I am very disappointed. The soap burns my skin, and after the end of the day my skin became very dry. I felt tightness on my skin. I stopped using it after a week and since then I have had more pimples than when I started. Very disappointed, I think there should be a compensation

Package never delivered

Patches of pimples came out even though I never had acne. The customer service assures me that this is normal and that it can last up to 2 months. Never seen anything like it. I wanted to test the brand out of curiosity, I won't do it again

Big disappointment, don't buy the face peel it's a horror! I regret my purchase.

I placed an order with pin up secret on 08/06/2022 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them and they tell me that they will make a claim to colissimo and so far I have no news. I am really disappointed

Very disappointed On the advertisement the soap holder looks like it's made of transportable plastic.

The complaints department sucks, and I had my personal information stolen from their site a few days after my purchase. When I tried to report the breach to them, I was answered by bots. Thanks to the influencers who oversell this stuff, it's just a very expensive soap, nothing more. Oh, and don't take the brush, it's useless.
