The soap gave me a lot of pimples

I got a lot of pimples and redness. When I used the soap it burned my face it was horrible and the cream is not moisturizing at all you get this tight feeling on your skin I am NOT SATISFIED at all

Null, no packaging and 2 weeks to deliver via the post from France to Belgium!

I did not receive the right products and I am waiting for an answer since April 6th and it is now the 12th .

No benefit, we easily find the lack of quality of the product it looks like a basic soap with essential oils, I regret my purchase.

The soap completely dried out my skin in 8 days. I stopped using it and I'm trying to get my skin back. After that, they work very well for friends, I think it depends on the skin of each person.

Unfortunately the pin up secret soap does not suit me, I developed allergic reactions on my eyelids and pimples on certain areas of my face from the very first day. I could not use it anymore, too bad considering the price ... Good continuation

So this note is for the previous order since I was not asked my opinion, the products are perfect but the customer service was catastrophic, 1 month to receive my order and we add to that, an error in the order ... I was still offered a promo code of 50% on a product or the return of my order. After more than 1000€ spent at pinup, I was waiting for a more serious commercial gesture. Sincerely William

I chose an item, and I don't know what happened but when I ordered it, it wasn't selected. So, to send it back, it costs a third of the price paid. I'm really disappointed.

Very bad soap!

Poor, burns the skin

Not a serious company. I have a dispute about a parcel I ordered in January that I did not receive and for which I am asking to be reimbursed and they do not even answer my emails anymore. Not professional at all and I strongly advise against it.

The soap/mask dries out the skin a lot and the precious cream does not moisturize it enough afterwards. I have to add another moisturizer afterwards to stop the tightness. Also, no guide or instructions are provided with the products, I find this regrettable.

I've been testing the pin up secret products for over a month now, I've heard great things about the gold products, I have even more pimples than before, my spots are even more present and new ones have appeared and I have to consult a dermatologist for that. I never put anything on my skin. These products work on people who have no skin problems. The influencers who advertise them obviously have great skin and are just there to make money with pin-up. It's better to pay more and get quality products than to end up with horrible skin like me. Since I stopped it's a little better. My skin has suffered a lot, please be careful

I bought the soap without any prior information. Comedogenic soap (clogs pores and can cause pimples and blackheads). That's why a lot of pimples can appear during the first uses. Natural ingredients but to be used with great care as it is aggressive for the skin.

I was so looking forward to this product and unfortunately it doesn't suit me at all. My skin is red and dry.

The product dries out the skin and is not at all suitable for sensitive and dry skin. Too strong in essential oils for sensitive skin.

Delivered to the post office instead of a parcel relay point at another address sav pin UP secret not very commercial ...

I only used it on my chin to test it. After 3 days, big patches of dryness!

The pin up secret soap gave me even more pimples,disappointed for the price.

Frankly, with all the positive reviews I've seen and knowing that I don't have a skin with so many imperfections, I was expecting a minimum of results but after 2 weeks, nothing or even worse, I had to pay more than 50€ to get no results at all.

4 weeks to receive my package with no information or excuses!!!

Package received intact but late. Inside, my day cream empty in its box. It was supposed to be because of the transport, but the cap is not closed. Should have been refunded, I'm still waiting. I will not order again.

The quality of the product is really excellent! Nothing to say about it, however a quality of service more than deplorable! An order placed on 22/02 with an acceptance of immediate payment, Pinup secret is committed to shipping within 48 hours the product, it was shipped only from March 2 and the product received only March 6. Customer service contact several times with always the same answer, we are sorry for this exceptional delay and that's all. No compensation, no commercial gesture, nothing at all! This is what happens when we know that our products are of superior quality and that we have a reputation that exceeds the limits, we end up taking advantage of it and no longer have any interest in our customers because we know they will come back no matter what. Not at all satisfied! I don't have any skin problems but when I started the routine I found myself with dry patches. I was very disappointed with the price. At this price, I am very disappointed!
