The perfect soap. But the oil-free cream has a flaw in the bottle. I have to unscrew it to use it.

There was an error in a product delivered (wrong fragrance) and the solution they offered me was to reorder with a 40% discount knowing that I already had this discount when I ordered. Therefore, if there is a delivery error, the customer must keep the product even if it is not the one ordered. This is unacceptable.
