Very unhappy with this order. I had selected home delivery as usual and my package arrived in another department in a post office!
I get even more pimples from using the lying pub soap.
I'm not happy at all, I ordered a box and both jars of cream were open !!! That's why I don't write it down and I sent an email where I never got an answer from Anabel Cros.

Quite disappointed by the products, which are for the blow comedogenes, and to crown it all on the application to see the composition of the products, 2 out of 4 are poor, because there are endocrine disrupting components ... so I will not use these 2 products.

Product error on delivery. After-sales service contacted but only solution is to send back the wrong product to receive the right one (attention no protection packaging so product opened and touched before discovering that it was not the right one, will they use it for someone else?! Very worrying) or 50% discount. Namely that they sponsor a thousand influencers who already give 40% on the whole site. In short, it's up to the customers to make every effort, to print the return slip, to repack and to queue at the post office because of their mistake... and all this to send back a product that I opened, touched and closed but it doesn't show because there is no protection on the product so I didn't want to do that for the future buyers who might receive a product already opened and I don't plan to spend more than the 70€ already spent. In short a lot of marketing and sponsoring but no gesture towards the paying customers to repair their errors.... otherwise for the products I would post an avi after some time of use.
Disappointed because I ordered a box for a gift and I received my creams without a box.
I didn't receive the right box set (obviously I received the less interesting one)! And the after-sales service sends me back to the carrier. Very disappointed!!!!

I received an order with the box open and some products missing. I immediately contacted customer service by email. I have indicated that I took several photos, I even kept the box ... The answer is surprising: the package is weighed before leaving the warehouse, turn around against the post office. I hope the package was complete! They didn't even try to get more pictures or more details and preferred to answer "you're on your own !" I'm sorry, but this is not serious at all. And to top it all off, they send from an email address that we can't reply to. I'm extremely disappointed in customer management!
For me this brand is mainly a publicity and marketing coup. From the first week, big pimples appeared on my face, my skin being however normally without imperfections.
I ordered the oil-free cream for the second one, I received a cream that did not have the same smell, texture, or feel as the first one. Customer service who does not want to hear anything while I compared my cream with that of a friend no report so I would not recommend much damage because real favorite on my first oil-free cream order.
Daily use in soap and mask once a week. Appearance of pimples, dilated pores. I will not recommend this product.

Dissatisfied with my purchases. The soap is very stripping and even after I put the cream on, my skin was attacked and heated. I still lasted 3 days because it was said that I had to use it for several days before seeing results but frankly, I then stopped everything because of tightness, patches, heated skin... I was very disappointed with the publicity and the promise that was made!
One of the products in the package did not comply. The box had already been opened. However, the package was undamaged.
A real disappointment ! I probably won't repeat

Very expensive for non-organic products, which you advocate the healthy side, animal milk. In reality, it represents only a very small quantity, and for the rest no healthy substance... The proof, my skin reacts very badly to the mask soap... very dry red skin, the cream doesn't hydrate at all... total disappointment.
