Horrible! Just after two days of using the huge and painful pimples that were appearing on my face I wanted to continue, telling myself that it was probably normal, but I had more and more pimples and I had to areter. Now I'm struggling to heal the huge pimples on my face and I'm losing money.

The packaging is just mediocre soap buy at 28€ broken receipt and in a simple bubble envelope it could put a nice soap box or a small cardboard pouch given the price of the soap

In the Black Friday offers all the options were presented with this beautiful gold and white very stylish box which finally convinced me to select your product that I had planned to OFFER ! I had also heard about the notoriety of the brand I am writing to express the feeling of disappointment and anger that I had when I opened my package with BULK ! products not presented in a box as indicated in the reference " crazy days% face box : cf pj It's the first time that I receive a " product box ", without the box ;!!!! We make fun of the customer ! I expected to offer a gift of Quality, with a beautiful presentation in accordance with the notoriety of the brand and I find myself with boxes of creams wrapped in bubble wrap ! not to mention that the base price suggests with some evidence that the shipment will be done automatically with this presentation, it's the first time I see this in a brand !! it's really misleading the customer, for a first contact customer satisfaction and trust are not there. Disappointed with the after-sales service, the order was very late to be processed and sent despite messages informing that the shipment was quite urgent.

My previous orders were perfect but my last one made this site finished for me. No answer to my emails since my last order was never delivered on 03/12 and on 05/12 it did not move I am disappointed.

Order two soaps: one brown, one white. After several orders, this has never happened to me. Since it goes on the face skin, I won't put the brown soap on my skin. Disappointed

Very very very very bad, I don't recommend it at all, it's not greasy without oil whereas it's very greasy and it worsens the case of imperfections, really horrible, I'm sorry.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I am very happy, so is my girlfriend. You got your money back but I didn't get my order. Very disappointed, it's not my problem if there are problems with the Post Office. Either you pay me back or you send me my order against signature because currently you have not provided me with the proof. This does not even deserve a star. This is the first time I've ordered from you and well it's the last.

The soap dried everything out on the inside of my hands. As for the face cream it's the same, it dries out my skin a lot.

I had an allergic reaction to the different products. My skin burned slightly when the products were applied. I am super disappointed with the purchase.

None of the pimples that I didn't have and psoriasis has been a bad thing for fragile skin.

The products burned my skin, I don't recommend for dry and sensitive skins

I bought the goat's milk soap and and the peeling. The soap has a very strong smell and dries the skin, I use it for my hands, vi the price I will not throw it away. The peeling is a scrub without grain and is of no interest to me. I did not like the products of this brand.

Making the skin very dry didn't help me at all but rather made things worse...

I did not receive my package, no answer from the merchant. The Laposte site tells me that it was delivered when it is totally wrong !!!

This company is a beautiful swindle they make false advertisements and they sent me half of my order and the Sav let's not talk about it I had a small c....... insolent who played on the words to fall asleep whereas I intended to make full of Christmas presents of their so-called company from there it has some out of question I do not recommend this site at all
