Disappointed with the composition of the oil-free cream. Unfortunately I did not check before buying it because I really thought I was dealing with a clean brand.

The pump for the oil-free cream doesn't work. Customer service suggests that I cut the nozzle??? Customer service sucks, especially since I told them it was for a gift. Given the price, if I can give you any advice, run away !

I bought the soap and the day cream. I don't use it anymore because the soap dried my face too much and the cream doesn't smell good. I did not notice any change or see the goods made.

Before sending the satisfaction questionnaire you should have received the order and tested it.

I strongly advise against people who get pimples very easily and who have acne-prone skin at times because I have started the goat's milk soap which after each wash dries the skin a lot even with a good complementary routine. After a while the soap causes big pimples that don't need to be there with a good routine and are supposed to disappear after a long use of pin-up products. This observation was approved by friends who don't necessarily have the same skin type as mine.
