Parcel not received and they don't want to refund me, I really don't recommend !

Using goat's milk soap for more than a month and I'm really disappointed. I haven't noticed any noticeable change, I feel like it has damaged my skin a little bit.

I never received my package. You have supposedly opened a dispute with the post office but I still have no news since April 10. Disappointed

I sincerely advise against sensitive skin! Soap and day cream. I have had a lot of pimples and redness and have seen no improvement. I really don't recommend this brand.

Soap hasn't changed my skin.

Very pleasant and easy to use but no improvement in my skin, rather more pimples investigated, and pores are not tightened.

I didn't like the scale at all. After a week I had dry patches and pimples all over my face. My face was very dry and itchy. When I spoke to customer service the only response was "it's normal, it will get better afterwards". In short, I was very dissatisfied and the customer service was terrible.

No one long and unable to send a product that works.

I am extremely disappointed by the brand not by the quality of its products which I have been using for 2 years now but during the containment I ordered as usual and I have been waiting for my order for 1 month. They have debited me well and ensured a delivery that did not go through and I am waiting for it. No refunds or returns. I therefore advise against ordering during the confinement because the customer service is not up to my expectations.

Not bad site. Soap and precious cream received. After several days of use appearance of many pimples and a very red face. I can't use the products anymore and it's still expensive!

I got more pimples and spots.

My order was processed 2 weeks after I placed it. With all the advertising they do right and left to get people to come and buy their products, I think it's a shame. The soap is fine but I have had a pimple since I have been using it.

Pleasant odor which remains chemical in view of the composition. Calling itself "natural products". Soap gives small pimples. The oil-free cream was not full, cream too thick to get out of the pump, difficulty before being able to prime it. Plug not removable, forced to force. Peeling irritates the eyes despite not having put some on.

I put a star on my hand, because it took off my exema on my hand, apart from the fact that my face reacted badly to the soap.

It's shit I'm complaining with several friends we're all going to make videos of our skin and carnage and forget about them !!! !

The soap caused me a rash of pimples that I did not have at all this one has me to dry the skin of the face and hands so I think this product is not made for me very disappointed by all these influencers that does not specify that this soap dries the skin!

I had an acne flare-up I've never had before because of this product. I stopped using it, and I only use homemade products now. I don't think this product is for black skin. I believed it because my skin was clearer but in the long run the disaster? my face is horrible now.

Non-effective product!!!!

I have never received my package I tried to tell pinup secret but at first he did not want to help me because the post office had written that my package had been delivered an order of 89€ almost water so I sent a lot of mail to pinup secret service to ask for a refund of my package which is totally normal given that I never received it today with more dry comments it finally decided to open a dispute a few days ago of that. I sent an email 3 days ago to ask where it was I have no answer from them by ... I do not find it professional at all I can understand that the health situation affects a lot but he is forwarding his customers and I was not followed even if I lose my money in the wind ... now I'm waiting for their return from where it may be and I hope to be reimbursed.

I wanted a refund on 2 products I ordered because I am allergic. I didn't open the products I just read the ingredients on the box and I was refused a refund.
