I'm very disappointed with the product which gave me even more pimples than before. I have used it every day since I received it and I stopped using it yesterday because it was a disaster for a big budget anyway.

These products have made my face drier and more red, I have my skin more fragile so I leave it.

The soap burns my face when I use it so no use at all, I regret my purchase!

I didn't like the peeling products and the goat milk soap at all I caught pimples when I never had any and another thing I ordered it from an influenceress where I only got 30% while on FB there were 35 I don't find it super correct so never again

I don't like the products at all, one of the three has a really awful composition. With the soap and the peeling I got the skin burning. Personally a real disaster.

Soap smells a lot like the chemical too much, not nzturz9helas too much.

No one, gave me pimples and patches, irritations, my scars are even more visible after 1 week and a half of use I throw in the trash, catastrophic!!!!

Using goat's milk soap for more than a month and I'm really disappointed. I haven't noticed any noticeable change, I feel like it has damaged my skin a little bit.

I never received my package. You have supposedly opened a dispute with the post office but I still have no news since April 10. Disappointed

I sincerely advise against sensitive skin! Soap and day cream. I have had a lot of pimples and redness and have seen no improvement. I really don't recommend this brand.

Very pleasant and easy to use but no improvement in my skin, rather more pimples investigated, and pores are not tightened.

I didn't like the scale at all. After a week I had dry patches and pimples all over my face. My face was very dry and itchy. When I spoke to customer service the only response was "it's normal, it will get better afterwards". In short, I was very dissatisfied and the customer service was terrible.

No one long and unable to send a product that works.

I am extremely disappointed by the brand not by the quality of its products which I have been using for 2 years now but during the containment I ordered as usual and I have been waiting for my order for 1 month. They have debited me well and ensured a delivery that did not go through and I am waiting for it. No refunds or returns. I therefore advise against ordering during the confinement because the customer service is not up to my expectations.

I got more pimples and spots.

My order was processed 2 weeks after I placed it. With all the advertising they do right and left to get people to come and buy their products, I think it's a shame. The soap is fine but I have had a pimple since I have been using it.

Pleasant odor which remains chemical in view of the composition. Calling itself "natural products". Soap gives small pimples. The oil-free cream was not full, cream too thick to get out of the pump, difficulty before being able to prime it. Plug not removable, forced to force. Peeling irritates the eyes despite not having put some on.

I put a star on my hand, because it took off my exema on my hand, apart from the fact that my face reacted badly to the soap.
