The quality of the product is really excellent! Nothing to say about it, however a quality of service more than deplorable! An order placed on 22/02 with an acceptance of immediate payment, Pinup secret is committed to shipping within 48 hours the product, it was shipped only from March 2 and the product received only March 6. Customer service contact several times with always the same answer, we are sorry for this exceptional delay and that's all. No compensation, no commercial gesture, nothing at all! This is what happens when we know that our products are of superior quality and that we have a reputation that exceeds the limits, we end up taking advantage of it and no longer have any interest in our customers because we know they will come back no matter what.
