Hello, disappointed because the pump of my cream is not working ...

Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time. These are good products but unfortunately if you are not an instagrameuse you are not entitled to the same quality service what a pity! I recommend the products, but only if the people who work at pinup manage the customer side better.

The order arrived well, I had ordered a cream, a soap and an exfoliant. Alas, after only two days of use, I had a lot of small pimples on my face, my skin became very dry (I have a very oily skin), in short, a catastrophe. I have been debited twice with different amounts when I ordered a single product, due to a payment error.

I don't find the product miraculous as promised I find I get more pimples and for the product I paid for I am not satisfied.

Hello the delivery was directed to another post office whereas I had asked about Ambérieu en bugey.

I did not receive my order

Until now I had no problem however with my last order I had a problem, the two passion body scrub soaps did not have the same size and one of the two was not well packed, I had as an answer that it was Normal because it was handmade products however I find it abnormal that a soap is half of the other and is not packed. Do not respect the choice of the parcel relay for the delivery. I had chosen a parcel relay post right next to my work with a large range of schedules (rare thing for the post office). But unfortunately the parcel was delivered at the post office of the village where I live (10am-12pm/14h16) great! I work every day except Sunday so it's impossible for me to go there.
