I had to pick up my parcel at the post office because the idiot postman did not put it in my mailbox, even though it's a soap in the hole where we can put the letters and I paid for the delivery for nothing.

I am very disappointed indeed I received my oil-free cream and I can't use it because the pusher system doesn't work!

Soap to arrive all deformed and I paid a delivery I was Absent at my home the package was small but in summer Drop off at a post office, so I pay a delivery for nothing. Consternant the product buttons came out as well as dry patches never seen that before. LB

It's been a week and a half that I've been testing the oil-free pack for oily skin and I have a lot of pimples on top of the ones I already had and I don't see any improvement my blemishes are still there and I feel vrm bad.

I've been testing secret pinup for a week now. I had been advised for my blackheads and for my dilated friends but no results for the moment. I will continue the treatment for another 3 months to get a real opinion.

Soap and cream burned my skin...

Hello the delivery was directed to another post office whereas I had asked about Ambérieu en bugey.

I did not receive my order

Until now I had no problem however with my last order I had a problem, the two passion body scrub soaps did not have the same size and one of the two was not well packed, I had as an answer that it was Normal because it was handmade products however I find it abnormal that a soap is half of the other and is not packed. Do not respect the choice of the parcel relay for the delivery. I had chosen a parcel relay post right next to my work with a large range of schedules (rare thing for the post office). But unfortunately the parcel was delivered at the post office of the village where I live (10am-12pm/14h16) great! I work every day except Sunday so it's impossible for me to go there. It's the second time that it makes me the blow .... I had to take time off work (again) so that the package doesn't leave. So I don't feel like ordering anymore...

I ordered my soap on October 27th and finally got it today, October 15th! I'm not at all happy that you put the postal address in a Neighbouring city and not the one I chose! And it's been 10 days that I've been running between the post offices to find out where my package is! Congratulations for a shipment that should only be 48 hours!

It gave me a little pimple all over my face and it irritated me (face all red, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight).

Order placed on 28.10.19 to date not received. In spite of the emails sent, I just get a sorry answer for the inconvenience. Several calls made nobody answers. So disappointed to the point, it's just a bunch of crooks. Totally unprofessional. I won't place orders on this site again.

This makes it twice that the delivery is made in another relay than the one I had selected, it is almost impossible to reach customer service

I ordered the goat's milk soap based on the advice on the site, unfortunately my skin had a reaction in only 4 days of use (red and scaly patches around the wings of the nose). After a week of stopping the product the patches had disappeared. Very unprofessional after-sales service

This soap has no effect on my skin, even though I use it regularly. Influencers sell the product as a miraculous soap for pimples, exema, redness ... etc. I tested it but frankly zero. No improvement in my skin.

Very disappointed with the packaging, the soap arrived damaged on the sides.
