I'm not satisfied with my products.

Order not received and still no news from customer service 1 week after contacting them.

I only received one soap instead of a whole peeling set, 2 soaps and oil-free cream.

Relaunch done in your department. Order two goat's milk soaps and receive only one. To date no answer, which means that if I don't get an answer, I won't be able to give you a good advertisement.

The pump bottle of the oil-free cream does not work I sent an email and no news !!!!

Parcel received at the wrong relay point without being warned, obliged to pay the shipping costs again.

That soap gave me more pimples than anything else. I don't think it's terrible. How do reality show people do it when they're doing product placement on a deceptive product? Too disappointed I really wish I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been waiting over a month for this damn order! Despite the fact that I tried to contact them to find out where it went! I still haven't received it! This is unacceptable!

Parcel received days later

I bought a batch of two soaps, a peeling and a treatment and the peeling was opened before use I find it scandalous in view of the price and quality of the products moreover the customer service did not bring me any saturation at the time I am very dissatisfied.

Two swabs when I only placed one order. A no return due to the proof of the two samples. I won't recommend it again.

I'm disappointed, dry skin, red patches have appeared. I tried to contact the brand but no news... Really very disappointed for the price.

For the price I find that the packing as well as the presentation of the soap would deserve a packaging a little more careful, at least a box.

Delivery too long!

It has completely dried out my skin, but I follow the instructions for use.

Very bad service due to a problem with a 30% coupon code that didn't pass. The after-sales service found me inconsistent excuses. Code valid until 26/11 but purchase made on 23/11...?!

Since I use it I've got a lot of plaque on my face and a lot of pimples, whereas before I had no pimples,...

I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............. I did have an enquiry into the 4 extra pills, and this was delivered within a few days via airmail to my post box. I should have gotten my order before I left. But my requests were not taken into account. Very disappointed

My package has not been delivered to the right address, it's already been a week and I'm asking for no news.

Cream opened and spilled, package absolutely not delivered to the place requested. Mail made to the after-sales service without response more than a week. Disappointed.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I have not tried the product yet but will soon.

One of my purchases : the precious goat's milk cream was exploded when I received it, so not so good.
