The after-sales service never responded to me.
Hello. Very disappointed in the after-sales service. Following a delivery in a relay point (the post office of my city) I unfortunately could not recover my package in time. It went back to the sender Pinup-secret madresse a mail with a link to pay again the shipping costs I asked for a refund t of my order it was refused I find it inadmissible.
Product that gave me a Max of pimples!
Delivery supposedly offered to my home and finally package in a relay point open that morning so tjr not recovered!! Order made 10 days ago. I knew that the package was at the post office because I have otherwise no information. Very disappointed !!
The site is void for ordering. You select a post office next to your work and the one next to your home is finally chosen. No indication on the invoice!! it is simply the sms collissimo that gives the indication.too bad because the products are great.

1st order and a product is missing
One of the products in my package was unsealed, it leaked all over the place. After I complained to customer service, I was never contacted again. Very disappointed knowing that the products are worth a certain amount!
