Parcel received days later

I bought a batch of two soaps, a peeling and a treatment and the peeling was opened before use I find it scandalous in view of the price and quality of the products moreover the customer service did not bring me any saturation at the time I am very dissatisfied.

Two swabs when I only placed one order. A no return due to the proof of the two samples. I won't recommend it again.

I'm disappointed, dry skin, red patches have appeared. I tried to contact the brand but no news... Really very disappointed for the price.

For the price I find that the packing as well as the presentation of the soap would deserve a packaging a little more careful, at least a box.

Delivery too long!

Very bad service due to a problem with a 30% coupon code that didn't pass. The after-sales service found me inconsistent excuses. Code valid until 26/11 but purchase made on 23/11...?!

I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............. I did have an enquiry into the 4 extra pills, and this was delivered within a few days via airmail to my post box. I should have gotten my order before I left. But my requests were not taken into account. Very disappointed

My package has not been delivered to the right address, it's already been a week and I'm asking for no news.

Cream opened and spilled, package absolutely not delivered to the place requested. Mail made to the after-sales service without response more than a week. Disappointed.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I have not tried the product yet but will soon.

The products have given me huge pimples. I've never had as many pimples as I did with his products.

Product Dissatisfaction

These are really mediocre products. It gave me burns on my face and stains, especially the cream did that to me. I paid almost 70€ and I'm really disappointed with these products that are sold as miracle products. Completely disappointed.
