I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............. I did have an enquiry into the 4 extra pills, and this was delivered within a few days via airmail to my post box. I should have gotten my order before I left. But my requests were not taken into account. Very disappointed

My package has not been delivered to the right address, it's already been a week and I'm asking for no news.

Cream opened and spilled, package absolutely not delivered to the place requested. Mail made to the after-sales service without response more than a week. Disappointed.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I have not tried the product yet but will soon.

20 days I've been waiting 20 days for my order and they say the same thing will happen, but that's all they say.

These are really mediocre products. It gave me burns on my face and stains, especially the cream did that to me. I paid almost 70€ and I'm really disappointed with these products that are sold as miracle products. Completely disappointed.

I was happy to receive the cream after the good opinions which I panse are false and after 1 month of use I find myself with the skin filled with pimples and any red consultation with the dermatologist who tells me immediately to stop using this cream which is of low range thus very disappointed especially that I took the expensive pack to have a horrible face I do not recommend.

I caught some big plates in my face. Never again!

Product filled with wrong product !!!!!

Waiting time too long to get an answer by email. I had to ring 3 times because of lack of understanding, it cost me 17 eur for 3 communications. Lack of precision, tells me that they do not make a registered letter if we are not at home, so that after a 2 nd return of the blow 7.80eur postage ... I find myself with registered in the mailbox! I wanted to be reimbursed because I'm fed up with all this, a person says that I've exceeded the time limit to be reimbursed, then they send me an email to tell me that the person reimburses right away, and in the end no, they don't reimburse... Not very reliable and professional this site. Even if the product I bought is great, I will not order anymore and I would not even advise this site to my worst enemy!

The customer service never answers I have contacted them 2 times Moreover error of place of delivery In short the product is good but the customer service is very bad.
