Zero! As a fan of online ordering, I have never known such a serious website. My order sent to a department other than my home (relay point), warned, had to do what was necessary. I bought the soap. It is effective and smells very good. But it is very drying, so it is more suitable for oily skin. A big mouthful however on the lack of transparency as to the origin of the products. It's Made In Israel (IL on the packaging to camouflage until the end). It would have been nice to know this before buying, because I would never have bought it. Thank you for assuming out of respect for your customers and those who would not wish to become one.
