Concerning the delivery time, it is indicated on the website and in the T&C that you have accepted that we have 24 to 72 hours to prepare and hand over your parcel to the sender; to this must be added the delivery time, which in this case is 24 to 48 hours as the parcel was sent via Chronofresh. In your case, we expect to receive your parcel within 72 hours of placing your order, which is on target.
