The Advent calendar is magnificent and really high quality! The idea of a mill that fits onto the jars is truly brilliant. I can’t wait to start making my first recipes, because of course I’ve already opened everything! I even think this could be a gift to give yourself all year round, with different packaging designs, while keeping the great holder! Personally, I’m going to stick labels on the drawers. And as for the truffle preparations, I can’t wait to try them all!!! Thank you for the recipe cards!

As responsive as ever: products ordered on day 1 and delivered on day 3, even though I’m in Corsica, where parcels can be slow to arrive. The parcel was as carefully packed as ever, with ice packs and the truffles in separate bags with a moisture absorber. Nothing to complain about; everything is perfect, as always.

Autumn truffles, no flavor. Surely not from Burgundy... Yet as expensive as Melano Sporum (€1,000 per kg). Very disappointing.

I am VERY disappointed. The truffles were well packaged and kept cool, but had very little taste or aroma, and the grainy texture was unpleasant in the mouth. A far cry from the experience I expected.

We can confirm that the whole truffles were not frozen when they left our premises. They were shipped fresh under our usual storage conditions.
Unfortunately, it is possible that during transport with Chronofresh, the temperature was set too low or a cold-chain incident caused them to freeze.
Please contact us directly so that we can review the situation with you and find a suitable solution. If possible, please also send us a few photos of the truffles as they were upon delivery.
