Size of truffles shipped: Between 50 and 100 grams (written on the site, my order 100g), I received 4 truffles! problem with chronofraiche who called me 3 days in a row to tell me there was a delivery problem (nice) address error (my fault, I had not checked the delivery address but there is a cell phone, no call! I made up for it the next day after contacting your - professional - customer service department, but in the end I'm disappointed - the flavour isn't up to scratch, I've eaten much better with other producers, is it the size? the delivery times? The packaging is supposed to be a micro-perforated bag, I have my doubts about this. In any case, I wouldn't recommend your products in such conditions. Cdt JT

Having already been to the store to buy truffles and other items (magnificent store, very pleasant people with very good advice), I was hesitant about the idea of having some delivered. And I'm really not disappointed, delivery in 3 days, for 100g ordered I got 2 truffles of 60g and 40g each, even a little more, delivery in refrigerated truck, perfect packaging and very good quality truffles, really top level. Plantin is my new best friend. Bravo to the team.
