One chocolate product broke and was replaced without too much trouble, but another "Snoballs" product with an expiration date well past...2021! I didn't bother asking again for the latter product, as I had eaten a snoball without seeing the expiration date.

Good evening,

As explained on the phone, it's not an expiry date on the product but a batch number.
Despite 10 minutes of explaining on the phone, you didn't want to understand, or even accept our explanations.

So once again, the Hostess brand has never published the slightest expiration date or DDM on any of their products for over 40 years, but apparently they did it just for you....

I put 5 for the speed of shipment, for respecting the order but some cans were damaged and this is not during delivery because the box was impeccable. Otherwise clean

Didn't it concern the cans named "Monster Energy Abimées / Bosses"?
Because there are 4 cans in your order that are from this reduced-price product sheet.
They are sold with dents or damaged, that's the file here: https://popsamerica.com/boisson-energisante/1585-monster-energy-abimees-bosses.html

It's called Damaged and Dented on purpose, and the description explains that these are cans sold in the state they're in, with various dents, hence the 60% discount off the original selling price.

a little disappointing because I ordered 2 monster hoping to receive them in good condition for the collection and one of the two was dented with wrinkles on the monster and scratches otherwise the other nickel

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. It's surprising on the Ultra's because the can material is resistant and the 2 were well wrapped in very resistant bubble wrap as you probably noticed. We try to protect them as much as possible so that they receive as little impact as possible during transport.
