The site describes the product with features that do not correspond to the product that arrived. In addition, the order arrived late without any previous information. When I tried to return it, I was sent a label that didn't match the pick-off location.

On Lutha products, we do indicate that two labels may appear on the product, one indicating the French size and the other corresponding to the Finnish size. Navigation on the site is simple and efficient. Delivery was made by Fedex and I was able to track my purchase without difficulty, although I had to pay customs clearance fees (delivery to Canada), which I wasn't expecting. I didn't have to contact customer service and my purchase arrived a day later than expected. I'm still satisfied with my purchase and glad they told me I could go to your site, which I didn't know about, to buy my shoes in a size that wasn't available in the store.

Satisfactory site navigation. On the other hand, delivery by Relay mondial was not at all satisfactory. The parcel was not in the relay point indicated in the email sent by Precision Ski. What's more, the parcel was not in the relay point I had chosen, but in another relay point several kilometers away.
