I give 5 stars despite a big problem with placing the order and the site's ergonomics is tedious, but the staff is very professional and competent, called me back for advice on a shampoo and we placed the order online. Order received 2 - 3 days later.

Very satisfied with the product and I recommend it, except there is a small issue, the product has a bit of a strong smell otherwise it works very well
Translated reviews
Response from Promo Coiff
We are delighted to hear that the product meets your expectations and we thank you for your recommendation! Regarding the smell you noticed, it is indeed common for this type of product to emit a somewhat strong scent. This comes from the active ingredients present in the formula: they are what ensure its effectiveness, but they also explain this characteristic smell...
We hope you will continue to fully enjoy your product and would be happy to assist you again with your future hair care needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any advice or new orders!
