Osma soap Plus the same scent as the one I used before and it lathers less afterwards I thought I would have a bowl with integrated soap inside and I got an empty bowl with a refill of smaller diameter than the bowl and which therefore does not fit the edges Economy economy

it can happen that the quality of the product deteriorates during storage.
I am sending you a new soap. My absolute priority is the satisfaction of my customers. As soon as you receive it, I invite you to modify your reviews if you are satisfied. I am at your disposal and wish you a pleasant day, Jean-Michel Garcia from the Promocoiff team

I bought Captain Cook matte effect wax, and it's one of the best waxes I've ever used, not to mention its price, which is much lower than that of major competing brands. Unbeatable value for money! Just a small amount of wax is enough, it lasts all day without any issues and you can easily restyle your hair.

Response from Promo Coiff
Thank you so much Guillaume for your wonderful review of our Captain Cook wax! We are delighted to hear that it meets your expectations in terms of quality and price. Your feedback on the hold and ease of styling is greatly appreciated.
