A very honest and respectful company policy towards its customers, through the sale of reliable products, both in terms of their efficacy and the health of hair and other products, and through transparent and informed advice. The sales staff are always friendly, pleasant and efficient. I can't think of anything I'd like to improve, and I've been very satisfied with the store for the past seven years!

No call, no explanation until I was concerned about the slow delivery. Delivered 3 weeks after ordering, although I've never had a problem with delivery times. On the contrary, it was fast, within 3 days. I hope this is just an isolated episode. Otherwise quality products

Hello, indeed, a problem of stock management appeared on one of the ordered references. This is and should remain an isolated episode. We apologize for the inconvenience. Jean-Michel from the Promocoiff team
