A very honest and respectful company policy towards its customers, through the sale of reliable products, both in terms of their efficacy and the health of hair and other products, and through transparent and informed advice. The sales staff are always friendly, pleasant and efficient. I can't think of anything I'd like to improve, and I've been very satisfied with the store for the past seven years!
