I am happy with the hooks: very simple, practical. All that's left is to install them. It seems to me that the diameter of the loop and the length of the hook were not indicated on the product sheet.

Shipping costs to Belgium are quite discouraging (***) for small accessories. The packaging is done carefully but with too much bubble wrap (let's limit the amounts of plastic). Products seem to be of good quality (time will have to confirm this).

Hello Madam, You contacted us by phone on May 17 and then by email to inform us that your package had not yet been delivered. You wrote this comment on May 14, so before contacting us. Unfortunately, we could not know that your package had not been delivered. A complaint was made on the same day, but for shipments to Martinique, the response time from Colissimo is 30 days. The furniture was delivered with a scratch on the top, we reported it, except that it is the last piece of furniture in stock and an exchange is not possible. We find that 20% compensation is not up to par... it is still a high-end piece of furniture and you knew about the defect at shipment.

You also indicated in writing that "it was very well packaged". You also specified that you did not want a refund. Given that this model is out of stock, we had no choice but to offer you a discount. We proposed a 20% discount, and at no time did you indicate that this was not acceptable to you. Given your photo, the scratch is slight and occurred neither before shipping nor during transport. Hence our astonishment at reading your insulting comment. We have been working with kindness for 16 years, rest assured that we do our utmost to satisfy our customers.
