Despite receiving a damaged product and some necessary email exchanges, we obtained a new product in good condition. The fact of keeping the damaged product as compensation is appreciated as the second jewelry box arrived after Christmas. Thank you for this gesture and I understand the delays during this holiday season.

Small downside as the largest mirror is chipped in one place and it seems irreversible! Otherwise no problem with the delivery.

The product corresponds to the images on the site. The black plastic cable ties are ugly, which is a bit of a shame.
