Very satisfied with the product but still a delivery problem that is not specific to your company. The delivery person threw the product over the gate without ringing the bell. Fortunately, the package was not damaged. No remarks on the product. But the delivery person threw the package over the gate without bothering to ring the bell. There is a real problem with the delivery people. This is not your fault but I don't know how it can be remedied.

I discovered the site while searching for Christmas decorations, I really like it... My order was delivered quickly and above all I am very satisfied with my purchase, the QUALITY is there and perfect packaging. No special advice, but go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I will come back without any problem.

I ordered an extremely fragile product. It arrived broken because it was very poorly packaged. It would have required additional precautions to avoid this kind of situation. What a shame for you and for me. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to find this product elsewhere which was delivered to me with individual packaging for each item to ensure its arrival in good condition. The customer service was very responsive and sent me the necessary items for a free return. Thank you for that.
